点焊逆变电源软开关电路仿真分析
Simulation of Soft Switch Circuit for Spot Welding Inverter Power
【摘要】 通过对逆变点焊电源主电路的分析 ,提出一种相移控制串联谐振零电压零电流软开关逆变拓扑结构 ,详细分析了其工作原理 ,并采用Matlab进行了系统仿真分析。仿真结果表明 ,此拓扑结构性能良好 ,可靠实用 ,适用于实用性电阻焊逆变电源
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of main circuit for spot welding inverter power, a topology of the spot welding inverter with phase-moved resonance zero-current and zero-voltage switch is presented in this paper, and the principle of circuit is analyzed in detail. The simulation is carried out by use of Matlab .The simulation results show the good performance of the topology and the feasibility of being used to design resistance welding inverter power.
