富果糖浆的电化学还原法制甘露醇
A Process of Mannitol Made from Fructose-rich Syrupby Elector-reduction Synthesis
【摘要】 本人研究了一种以富果糖浆为原料,用电化学还原富果糖浆的方法制成了药用甘露醇。所得到的最佳工艺条件为:富果糖浆浓度1mol/L,pH值11,电流密度2A/dm2,RaneyNi作阴极,温度为30℃。在此条件下电解6h,糖的转化率可达80.3%,产物组成中甘露醇和山梨醇的质量分数分别是48.7%和51.3%。
【Abstract】 The auther developed a kind of medicated mannitol with fructose_rich syrup as raw material by using electro_reduction synthesis.The optimal conditions obtained by this process will involve the following parameter:that concentration of fructose_rich syrup is 1 mol/L,pH equals 11,the current density is 2A/dm~2,cathode material is Raney Ni,and temperature of reaction is 30℃.Under these conditions,by electrolyzing for 6 hours,the transformation rate of fructose_rich syrup reaches 80.3%,the quality fractions of mannitol and sorbitol in total compositior of product are 48.7% and 51.3% respectively.
