【摘要】 建立合作医疗制度,是新时期农村卫生工作的重要内容。由于我国地域广阔,各地经济发展水平存在差异,因此,不可能用一种医疗保障模式去覆盖全国的农村地区,应对农村几种医疗保障制度模式进行比较,分析其利弊,提出农村医疗保障制度模式现实选择的原则依据,为今后在全国开展的建立健全新型农村合作医疗的试点工作提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important task of medical work in the new period to establish cooperative medical care system in the countryside.We share the large land in area and different places have different situations in development.Therefore,we can not cover the whole country with one model of medical care system.We should compare the present practices in the countryside,analyze their merits and demerits,and put forth the principles of choosing the best,serving the establishment of new medical care system in the country with theoretical supports.更多还原
