【Abstract】 Research on human resources development of Jiangxi’s tourism is the most important factor in raising the key competitive capacity of Jiangxi’s tourism in business.This paper holds that we should base human resources development of Jiangxi’s tourism on the reality of human resources of Jiagnxi to make the middle-and long-term plan of the professional workers and carry out renovation of professional mechanism of mobility,motivation,brain introduction and so forth,and at the same time,to strengthen the construction of enterprise workers.Good work should be done to train and develop the three kinds of professionals--high-rank,badly-needed and young,to improve the overall qualities of professionals of the industry.更多还原
