【摘要】 生产力跨越式发展作为生产力发展的当代问题,是一定国家和民族在开放条件下合乎规律的自主行为,是后发国家利用其后发优势而达到的生产力内在结构的质的飞跃。我国实现生产力的跨越式发展有其自身的特点,即发展进程的顺序性和跳跃性相统一,发展方式的后发性与超越性相并存,发展特色的本土化和全球化相结合,发展途径的信息化和工业化相并举。新型工业化道路是我国经济增长方式转变和可持续发展的必要途径,也是缓解我国目前日趋严重的就业压力的现实要求,是我国生产力跨越式发展的历史选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 The leap-over development of productive forces,as the time problem of the development of productive forces,is a logical autonomous phenomenon of a nation or a people under the conditions of opening up to the outside world as well as a leap-forward of the backward countries which make full use of their post-development advantages to reach the structural quality of productive forces.The leap-over in China has its characteristics:the unanimity of the sequuence of development process and the leap-forward,the co-existence of post development and leap-over development,the combination of local color and globalization,and coordination between the information of development and industrialization.The practice of the new industrialization is the only way of the transformation of China’s economic growth and sustainable development,the practical need to alleviate the increasing pressure of employment,and the historical choice of the leap-over development of China’s productive forces.更多还原
