【Abstract】 The development of Jiangxi is relatively backward among the six provinces in Mid China. To achieve quick growth, the abnormal ideas and measures should be taken. And the merger system should be adopted to make the preponderant enterprises realize the capital recollection, which will be able to enlarge and strengthen them. The joint and cooperative way should be taken so that we can develop mutually with other provinces and cities.
