催化动力学光度法测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)
DETERMINATION OF TRACE IORN (Ⅲ) BY KINETIC SPECTROPHOTOMETRY
【摘要】 在硫酸介质中,痕量铁(Ⅲ)能灵敏地催化高碘酸钾氧化偶氮氯膦Ⅲ褪色。研究了反应的最佳条件,建立了测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的新方法。方法检出限为9.1×10-8gFe3+/L,测定范围0-0.10μgFe3+/25mL,用于测定纯有机溶剂中的痕量铁(Ⅲ),获得了满意的结果。
【Abstract】 In H2SO4 medium,trace Fe(Ⅲ) can sensitively activate the indicating oxidative discolpretion of chlorphosphonozo(Ⅲ) with KIO4.The optimum condition and kinetic parameters are investigated and evaluated,a method for determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) is proposed.The detection limit is 9.1×10-8 g/L,and the linear range is 0-0.10 μg/25 mL Fe(Ⅲ).It has been applied to the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) in organic solvents with satisfactory results.
