【Abstract】 A new elective and sensitive kinetic method for the determination of V(Ⅴ) based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of phenol red by potassium persulfate in HCl medium is proposed.The optimum condition,kinetic parameters and reaction mechanism are studied.The detection limit is 1.51×10-10 g/mL and the linear range is 0.0-40.0 μg/L V(Ⅴ).The method has been used for the determination of trace vanadium(Ⅴ) in environmental water with satisfactory results.更多还原
