带翼内凸筋D形铝管连续挤压生产工艺的研究
The Research on Production Technology for D Shape Aluminium Tube with Extending Wings and Interior Convex Ribs
【摘要】 运用所制定的连续挤压工艺生产方案生产了具有高效传热性能的铝内凸筋D形管,通过连续挤压试验,D形管对影响机械性能的因素以及对传热效果有显著影响的D形管凸筋高度的成形规律,从工艺分析的角度进行了研究,为进一步推广工业化生产提供了有价值的数据和理论指导.
【Abstract】 A kind of D shape tube,with high performance of heat transformation because of its extending wings and interior convex ribs,has been produced by Cntinuous Extrusion Forming machine according to the technology proposed ahead of time,both the factors affecting the mechanical performance and the forming laws of the height of interior convex rib which has a prominent effect on the performance of heat transformation of the tube have been observed and analyzed in the view of establishing the extrusion technology of this kind of tube,as a result,the further popularization of the industrialization production for D shape tube has been provided with both a valuable data and a theoretical guidance service .
