苏云金杆菌H3-7对蔬菜害虫的防效及对其天敌的影响

【摘要】 苏云金杆菌BtH3- 7菌株对蔬菜主要害虫菜青虫、小菜蛾有较好的防效 ,大田应用稀释 10 0 0倍 ,72h防效 >76 % ,好于辛硫磷效果 ;同时BtH3- 7制剂对菜青虫、小菜蛾的天敌蝶蛹金小蜂和小菜蛾绒茧蜂的影响很小 ,在菜青虫、小菜蛾的寄生率分别达 5 4%和 86 % ,与不用药的对照区几乎没有区别 ,大大高于化学农药辛硫磷防治区的 4 %和 4 6 % .

【Abstract】 It is effective to control vegetable pest Pieris rapae and Pluttella xylostella with Bacillus thuringiensis strain H3-7. More than 76% of mortality in 72 hours with dilution of 1 000-fold of BtH3-7 could be achieved. The effect of BtH3-7 on the enemies of Pieris rapae and Pluttella xylostella, Apanteles glomeratus L. and Apanteles glomeratus L. is minor. There is little difference in rate of parasiting enemies in pests between check and BtH3-7 plot which is parasited by 54% of Apanteles glomeratus L. in Pieris rapae and 86% of Apanteles glomeratus L. in Pluttella xylostella. In contrast, the phoxim plot is only 4% and 46% respectively.
