【摘要】 用薄层扫描法测定德都红花七味散中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法 :样品用浓氨试液处理 ,氯仿提取 ,展开后 ,于λS=5 2 0nm ,λR=6 80nm处扫描。结果 :本法结果稳定、准确、重现性好。平均回收率为 10 3 1% ,RSD为 3 5 %。结论 :可为蒙药德都红花七味散中盐酸麻黄碱的定量提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the content of the Ephedrine Hydrochloride from Dedou Honghua Qiwei Powder.Method:The sample is dealt with concentrated ammonia water,extracted with chloroform,λ s=520nm,λ R=680nm.Result:in the range of 11 5～57 5μg,the linear relationship was good,r=0 9999,the average recovery was 103 1%,RSD=3 5%.Conclusion:the method is simple,rapid and accurate,and suitable for controlling the quality of Dedou Honghua Qiwei Powder.更多还原
