阿尔兹海默病的免疫学机制及其治疗进展
Immune pathogenesis and treatment in Alzheimer’ s disease
【摘要】 近年来研究表明阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)患者脑内存在着局部炎症反应,提示免疫反应可能是该病的发生、发展机制之一。作者分别从小胶质细胞和星形细胞的活化、补体系统的激活和细胞因子的作用三个角度对AD的发生、发展恶化进行了阐述,并综述了疫苗的接种、抗炎疗法等免疫学相关治疗措施。
【Abstract】 In recent years, some studies have shown that there is inflammation in brain tissue of Alzheimer’s patients. That indicate the immune response may be one of the Alzheimer’s disease (AD) pathogenesis. We describe the forming and developing coures of AD through activated microglia and astrocytes, complement system activation and cytokines action. We also review immunologic treatments of AD through vaccination and anti-inflammatory drugs.
