【Abstract】 In recent years, some studies have shown that there is inflammation in brain tissue of Alzheimer’s patients. That indicate the immune response may be one of the Alzheimer’s disease (AD) pathogenesis. We describe the forming and developing coures of AD through activated microglia and astrocytes, complement system activation and cytokines action. We also review immunologic treatments of AD through vaccination and anti-inflammatory drugs.更多还原
