【Abstract】 The study on systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) models is very important for revealing etiology and pathogenesis and exploring the plan on treatment. Several SLE models, including BXSB mice,(NZBxNZW) F1 mice, MRL/lpr mice and induced SLE mice were introduced in this review. The paper also reviewed the source of mice, the character of the disease, immunology, related gene and treatment, and so on.更多还原
