复合滤料在燃油锅炉除尘工程运用的性能研究

【摘要】 以北京第二热电厂布袋除尘系统为实验基础 ,分别置覆膜和不覆膜滤料于同样的工作状况下 .经过一个供暖期的运行 ,然后分别对其进行包括形态特征、性能特性和强度特性等一系列测试和对比 .测试结果显示 ,覆膜滤料在运行一个周期后 ,在形态特征、性能特性和强度特性等很多方面都优于不覆膜滤料 ,新料和旧料间变化相对较小 .这为国内电力行业运用布袋除尘技术积累了工程经验 .

【Abstract】 The experiment on the fabric filter performance was investigated in the Beijing Second Power Plant.Two fabrics made of different materials were introduced in the identical operation condition.The performance,3 months lasting,of two fabrics were tested and compared in several aspects such as the configuration,capability and intensity.The result showed that the microporous membrane fabric had more advantages than the normal one, e.g, less change of characteristics through the 3 months’ running.This work provided a great deal of experience especially for the field-scale application of fabric filter in power plants.
