循环流化床中石油焦与煤混合燃烧NO排放特性
STUDY ON NO EMISSION OF PETROLEUM COKE COMBUSTION BLENDING WITH COAL IN CFB
【摘要】 在一座 0 .5 MWt循环流化床热态试验台上进行了石油焦与煤混合燃烧试验 ,研究了烟气中 NO的排放特性 .对于石油焦与煤不同燃料配比 ,不同锅炉运行参数 ,如一次风率、过量空气系数、床温和 Ca/S比等对烟气中 NO排放浓度的影响规律进行了研究 .试验表明对纯焦而言 ,其NO排放浓度较其他混合燃料要高得多 ,当燃料中焦煤比增大时 ,NO的排放浓度降低 .对不同焦煤比的燃料 ,随一次风率增大 ,NO的排放量增加 ;随过量空气系数的增大 ,NO的排放浓度增大 ;随着运行床温的提高 ,NO排放浓度升高 .
【Abstract】 Systematic combustion experiments of mixed fuels with differnt ratios of petroleum coke over coal are conducted on a 0.5 MWt pilot-scale CFB facility.The effects of various parameters,in terms of the ratio of petroleum coke over coal,the excess air coefficient,the bed temperature,the primary air fraction,the Ca/S ratio on the NO emission in the flue gas are revealed in this paper.It indicates from the experiments that with increase in the ratio of petroleum coke over coal,NO emission concentration drops.Whereas,NO concentration is much more for the pure coke as a fuel than other mixture fuels.It is shown from experimental results that for all fuel mixtres with the primary air fraction,the excess air coefficient and the Ca/S ratio increasing,NO concentration rises.When the bed temperature increases,the NO concentration rises.
