民用生物质复合蜂窝煤的燃烧特性研究

【摘要】 以农林废弃物、城市生活垃圾等生物质和云南昭通褐煤为原料 ,制成了蜂窝状民用生物质复合型煤 .并在一个固定床燃烧试验台上对这种复合型煤的燃烧特性进行了研究 .结果表明 :生物质复合蜂窝煤的燃烧速率随着生物质加入量的增大而增加 ;并且 ,在生物质加入量一定的情况下 ,生物质复合蜂窝煤的燃烧速率随着鼓风量的增大而增加 .同时 ,同步测定了生物质复合蜂窝煤的燃烧温度 .结果显示 ,生物质复合型煤的燃烧温度达到峰值温度的时间随着生物质加入量的增加而缩短 ,生物质在一定程度上改善了蜂窝煤的燃烧性能

【Abstract】 A biomass compound type of honeycomb briquette for civil use coal was developed from Zhaotong brown coal in combination with biomas resources such as agricultural residues,forest producing wastes,municipal solid wastes(MSW).Experimental study was conducted of the combustion characteristics of this type of coal in a fixed-bed furnace.The results of the study indicate that the biomass compound type of honeycomb briquette enjoys better combustion behaviors than that of conventional types of honeycomb briquette.The combustion velocity of the coal is gotten higher with increasing of the biomass percentage involved in the compound bio-coal.With increasing of the air volume during combustion,the combustion velocity rises considerably.Through the study about the combustion temperature of the bio-coal.It is shown that the combustion temperature peak of the type of coal is earlier than that of traditional briquette and the average combustion teperature of the bio-honeycomb coal is around 800 ℃.
