【摘要】 ①目的 进一步提高乳腺癌的钼靶X线诊断水平。②方法 总结分析经手术病理证实的118例女性乳腺癌的X线表现。③结果 118例中,肿瘤结节96例,占81.3％;钙化57例,占49.1％;皮肤及乳头改变29例,占24.5％;非对称血管影增粗14例,占11.8％;腋下淋巴结肿大20例,占16.9％;局限性密度增高12例,占1O.1％;弥漫性密度增高2例,占1.6％;乳腺实质扭曲变形8例,占6.7％。④结论 钼靶X线摄影在乳腺癌的诊断中具有重要价值,应加强对鉴别诊断的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the molybdenum target radiologic diagnostic rate of breast cancer. Methods The X-ray findings of 118 cases with breast cancer confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed. Results A-mong 118 patients.mass was 81. 3%(n = 96) ,carcify was 48. 3% (n= 57) ,skin and nipple change was 24. 5% (n = 29), dissymmetrical blood vessel thicker 12. 7% (n = 15) ,armpit lymphadenovarix 16. 9% (n = 20) ,uneasy density heighen 10. 1%(n = 12) ,diffuse density heighen 1. 6%(n = 2) ,parenchyma curled 6. 7% (n = 8). Conclusion The molybdenum target radiography is very valuable for the diagnosis of breast cancer. And more attention should be paid to it’s applica-tion in the field of differentiate diagnosis.更多还原
