机械化采煤与非机械化采煤死亡率的分解计算

【摘要】 通过分析各统计单元内部、单元间的不同采煤工艺死亡率的差异性,建立二元分解计算模型,计算机械化采煤与非机械化采煤等不同工艺的百万工时死亡率和百万吨死亡率.根据1994~2001年统计数据,计算结果表明:非机采百万吨死亡率总体呈上升趋势,而机采百万吨死亡率变化不大;非机采平均百万吨死亡率分别为机采和综采的4 29和6 18倍.

【Abstract】 The otherness of fatality rate in every calculated unit interior and between the units applying different mining technologies are analyzed, a dualistic analysis calculation model is established to calculate fatality rate per million man hour and per million tons adopting different mining methods like mechanized and non mechanized mining methods or the like. A calculation based on the statistics from the year 1994 to 2001 indicates a rise of fatality rate in general per million tons adopting non mechanized mining method and a minor change of fatality rate applying mechanized mining method, the average fatality rate per million tons for non mechanized mining is 4 29 and 6 18 times respectively over the mechanized and fully mechanized mining methods.
