同质异形体SiC晶须与SiC颗粒的分离

【摘要】 在催化作用下利用稻壳为原料合成SiC晶须(SiCw)不可避免地产生同质异形体SiC颗粒(SiCp).烧成料通过筛分使SiCw富集于-100目的物料中,采用反浮选使富碳的SiCp得到去除,获得纯度为85%的SiCw初产品,调整矿浆的pH值至5 2,利用SiCw与SiCp的表面性质差异,采用浮选工艺成功地将微米级的SiCw与SiCp分离出来,获得纯度大于95%的SiCw,SiCw综合回收率达到83 76%.副产品β-SiCp增强SiC基质复合材料的热压制品磨耗比为标准砂轮的49 5倍.

【Abstract】 The paramorphic SiC particle (SiCp) was produced in the process of catalytic synthesis of SiC whiskers (SiCw) from rice hulls SiCw can be enriched in the sintered material minus 100 mesh by screening, then SiCw with purity of 85% was obtained after removing the carbonenriched SiCp by reverse flotation The micronmetergrade of SiCw and SiCp was satisfactorily separated by direct flotation based on the their surface difference in the condition of pH= 52 Consequently SiCw with purity over 95% was prepared The total recovery of the SiCw is 8376% The abrasion ratio of the hotpressed product of SiC matrix composite material reinforced with the β-SiCp is 495 times of that of the standard abrasive wheel
