钻井井壁可缩性接头力学特性研究

【摘要】 针对新型钻井井壁可缩性接头,分析了其变形规律和受力特征,即在竖向和水平荷载共同作用下,钻井井壁可缩接头在同一水平面上的竖向位移基本相同,而不发生翘曲现象;外箍弧板主要承受水平外荷载,内、外环形竖板对可缩接头承担竖向临界荷载起决定作用.设计计算可缩接头竖向临界值时,可不计外箍弧板的影响.

【Abstract】 According to the compressive joint calculation results of shaftboring lining, the rules are obtained about its deformation and stress, and they are consistent with the test results. The vertical displacement of the compressive joint are consistent under the vertical and horizontal loads, and has not warp phenomenon. The horizontal loads are mainly acted on the arc armor plate. The vertical loads are mainly acted on the vertical armor plate. When we design the critical vertical load of the compressive joint, we may ignore the influence of the arc armor plate.
