【摘要】 煤矿企业面对多变的内外部条件 ,处于动态、随机、模糊环境下 .在这种环境下 ,企业如何编制合理的生产计划 ,并确保计划目标的实现 ,是一个关键问题 .应用多阶段决策理论 ,结合随机与模糊理论 ,构造了企业多阶段动态发展模型 ,建立了全状态转移矩阵、随机权矩阵 .并对生产接续计划进行编制 ,力争对多阶段决策理论和随机模糊理论的发展有所贡献 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the changeable, internal and external conditions, enterprise falls into a dynamic, stochastic and fuzzy environment. Under this circumstances, how does the enterprise make its own the program of production, draft the rational plan and ensure the implementation of goal, these are a critical problem. Author applies the fuzzy-random decision-making methods and theories of the multi-step, multi-goal and multi-factor system to solve the problems of enterprises planning under the changeable and dynamic internal-external condition. The all-state transferring matrix and stochastic weight have been put forth and make a contribution to develop the theories of the multi-step decision-making.
