矿井提升机动力制动过程中的模糊控制
The fuzzy control for power trigness of mine hoister
【摘要】 矿井提升机制动过程中的性能优劣 ,对提升机的安全可靠工作具有极其重要的影响 .基于此 ,分析了矿井提升机制动系统的基本工作原理 ,应用模糊控制器对提升机动力制动系统进行了控制 ,并对该工作系统的制动性能进行了测试 .结果表明 ,模糊控制的提升机制动系统 ,其减速过程平稳、安全可靠 ;模糊控制策略使整个系统响应迅速 ,调节过程平稳 ,对参数变化不敏感 ,该模糊控制器可用于提升机盘形闸制动系统中 .
【Abstract】 The properties of mine hoister influence the safety and reliability of the hoist, the paper analyzes the basic theory of trigging system by adopting the fuzzy controller,the trigging system is controlled properly,and its performances and capabilities are tested. Research and experiments show that by using the fuzzy controller, the trigging process of the hoist trigging system becomes more reliable, more smooth, and safer. The fuzzy control tactic makes whole system respond rapidly, regulation process is stable, it is not sensitive to parameters variation. This fuzzy controller can apply to the disc brake trigness systems.
