【摘要】 部门办学是我国高等教育重要传统之一。它在培养目标、资金来源、学科发展、专业设置、区域分布、招生与就业等方面有其特色和优势。但是在本位利益驱动下也存在过分强调“专业对口”、行业垄断等弊端。部门办学改革与一定的社会经济发展及人才培养模式变迁密切相关 ,具有双重影响。我们应结合国情 ,扬长避短 ,继续推进部门办学体制改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Education-running by a line of industry is an important tradition in higher education in China. This practice has its own features and advantages in terms of targets of training, sources of funding, development of scholarly disciplines, enrollment, employment, etc. There are, however, corresponding disadvantages such as obligatory compatibility of disciplines and monopoly by a specific line of industry. In view of those factors and the national conditions, relevant measures of reform need to be introduced.更多还原
