【Abstract】 Through an analysis of the development of job locating consultancy at home and abroad, the present state of that of Chinese university students is studied in the paper. It is suggested that, in view of the existing problems, it is necessary to broaden and extend the scope of the consultancy and help the students to cultivate a sound self concept of a career and realize a gradual shift from `job locating settlement’ consultancy to career tutorial consultancy.更多还原
