【摘要】 目的:探讨如何判断撕脱皮瓣的血运及小儿皮肤撕脱伤的特点及治疗原则。方法:回顾我院5年间收治的52例小儿不完全性皮肤撕脱伤的治疗情况,分析认为不完全性皮肤撕脱伤血运的判断十分重要,同时注意潜行皮肤撕脱伤的诊断,以免漏诊。结果:临床治疗52例,效果良好,并提出不完全性皮肤撕脱伤皮瓣活力的判断原则及如何判断存在潜行皮肤撕脱。结论:完全性皮肤撕脱伤皮片移植或皮瓣移植是唯一的选择。不完全性皮肤撕脱伤及潜行皮肤撕脱伤,应根据皮瓣血运情况,采取不同措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods for the judgment of blood circulation of the avlused skin flap and the characteristics and treatment of skin avulsion in jury of childern. Methods 52 children with incomplete skin avulsion in jury have been treated in our hospital over the past five years. The judgment of the blood circulation was given top priority and due attention was also paid to the diagnosis of creeping skin avulsion in jury so as to avoid missed diagnosis. Results All patients were treated with satisfactory effect. The principles for the judgment of the flap vitality of the incomplete skin avulsion in jury and the judgment of creeping skin avulsion in jury were worked out. Conclusion Skin graft or skin flap graft is the only choice for complete skin avulsion in jury, and as for incomplete skin avulsion in jury and creeping skin avulsion in jury, treatment may vary, ainly depending on the blood circulation of the skin flap.更多还原
