【Abstract】 During the period of 1998 - 2001, 5 winter wheat varieties were used to do an autumn-sown experiment within 3 years in Beijing in order to study the correlation of some quality traits. The results showed that there were variation in quality traits among different varieties and different years. The positive correlation had been shown between grain protein content and wet gluten content, sedimentation value, falling number, grain hardness, respectively. Grain protein content was an important quality trait of autumn-sown wheat. The negative correlation had been shown between days from sowing to maturation and the grain protein content. These results could provide basis for the production of good quality wheat in the area of Beijing.更多还原
