【Abstract】 Both extraction and concentration of L-phenylalanine(L-phe) were carried out using gravity separation phase liquid membrane(GSPLM) with P 204 as carrier and H 2SO 4 as stripping agent. The concentration of L-phe in extraction raffinate and stripped solution could reach 1.92 g·L -1 and 54.35 g·L -1,respectively,after the fifth time extraction for the initial L-phe concentration of 15.28 g·L -1.Swelling and breakage of GSPLM were lower than emulsion liquid membrane(ELM).Emulsification and demulsification could be eliminated too. The post treatment of stripped solution was also carried out.更多还原
