煤矿气动系统旋流净化装置的研制及应用
Design and application of rotating flow separators for pneumatic system on mine
【摘要】 通过分析煤矿气动系统的污染源及危害性,探讨了消除污染物的方法。理论分析了通过旋流分离压缩空气中水和固体污染物的机理,计算了可分离污染物的最小直径。在此基础上,研制了压缩空气旋流净化装置,并进行了实验室与工业应用实验。实验证实,旋流净化装置是矿山气动系统高效、可靠的净化设备。
【Abstract】 Through analyzing of the contamination in pneumatic system in mines, approaches to eliminate the contaminants are discussed.The mechanism of rotating flow to separate water,solid contaminants from compressed air are analyzed,the minimum size of contaminants that could be separated is calculated. Based on above,a rotating flow separator is developed and tested both in laboratory and industry application, the test results verified the theory and shown that rotating flow separators is very effective and reliable for pneumatic system in coal mines.
