避免渗碳淬硬齿轮端面磨裂简易有效的方法
The effective way for avoiding cracking the endsurface of gear which is cementited and queched
【摘要】 经渗碳淬火后高硬度的 2 0CrMoTi齿轮 ,在磨两端平面时发生磨裂现象。针对工艺中长期存在的这一问题 ,进行分析研究。通过对影响磨裂诸多因素的生产试验 ,得出一种解决此问题的简易有效的表面预削加工方法 ,解决了这一难题。
【Abstract】 When we take the pre_cut method in abrading the each end surface of gear,which is cementited and queched,we avoide it cracking because of forming the high rigidity after being cementited and quenched.Through analysing it and finding out the reason,we draw a conclusion.We found it good way to pre_cut the each end surface of gear.
