Q235钢的直接电加热快速渗铝研究
The study for fast aluminizing Q235 steel by direct electro-heating
【摘要】 通过对Q2 35钢的直接电加热快速渗铝工艺试验 ,研究了渗铝层的生长规律、组织组成、渗层深度分布和硬度分布状态 ,并与电阻炉加热渗铝作了比较。结果表明 :在直接电加热快速渗铝过程中 ,电场对渗层的作用显著 ,此工艺能大大缩短渗铝周期 ,具有高效节能的效果。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the growth principle,microstructure,aluminized depth and the distribution of hardness through different direct electro-heating aluminizing processes of Q235 steel.At the same time,compared it with aluminizing heated by electrical furnace.As the result:the electrical field has an obvious affect on the aluminizing during the heating,and this process can short the aluminizing period and saves energy obviously.
