高频高压双击射流快速破堵技术的研究

【摘要】 由于我国大中型火力发电厂、坑口电站普遍存在的管式空气预热器大面积堵塞,严重威胁设备安全的现象。研究试制的一种高压水射流与机械结合的高速破堵系统,对电厂锅炉设备大修、安全运行和提高设备热效率具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Since the pipe air preheaters used in large and mediumsized thermal power plants and pit power stations are often blocked over large areas which seriously threats the safety of equipment, a quick blockbroken system combined the highpressure hydraulic jet with machinery is developed. The research has an important meaning to the heavy repair, safety running and heat efficiency promotion of the boilers in electric power plants. 
