塑料导爆管的感度及其研究进展

【摘要】 文章综述了塑料导爆管感度及其相关研究的进展。在修订的行业标准中允许使用捆扎法测定导爆管的侧向雷管感度。轴向感度测定除传统的基准管法外,介绍了轴向电火化感度和激光感度。分析了影响导爆管感度的因素,导爆药配方、管径、导爆管内腔气体状态以及装药量等都对导爆管感度产生影响。指出导爆管的感度应控制在一个适当的范围,既保证安全,又满足工程爆破需要。

【Abstract】 The paper summarizes the research in Nonel tube and its related area. In the new standard of the product, it is permitted to determine its detonator sensitivity through Nonel tube-detonator binding. Apart from the traditional axial direction sensitivity in the testing of axial sensitivity, two new methods, namely the static spark sensitivity and the laser sensitivity are introduced. The paper also analyzes the factors that influence the sensitivity of Nonel tubes, such as component of charge, diameter of the tube, the state of gas inside the tube and the quantity of its charge etc. It is pointed out that the sensitivity of Nonel tube should be kept within a proper range in order to not only ensure safety, but also meet the needs of engineering blasting.
