模具装配过程的动态模拟及其应用

【摘要】 运用动画模拟软件SolidWorksAnimator制作了模具装配过程的动画。对于结构比较复杂的模具 ,实现模具装配过程的动态模拟可以更好地展示模具的内部结构 ,有助于客户直观感受模具设计模型 ,从而进一步完善模具设计 ,而且可以将此动画过程录制成AVI格式动画文件 ,从而能够在任何基于Windows的媒体播放器中进行播放 ,同时还可以将此动画应用于多媒体教学当中。更多还原

【Abstract】 The die assembling process could be made by Solid Works Animator. As to complex die structure, the interior structrure of die can be laid out better by realizing dynamic simulations of die assembling process. It is helpful for clients to understand the die design modeling. The process can be made into AVI format media file, thereby the animation process can be played in any media play on the basis of windows, besides the animation can be used in multimedia teaching method.更多还原
