模具敏捷制造模式下的分布式协同产品开发研究

【摘要】 针对模具产品开发的特点 ,提出模具行业企业联盟的概念 ,阐述了用信息技术对其进行连接和结构化管理的必要性 ,对在此信息平台上通过协作服务代理的敏捷制造模式进行了分析 ,并给出了该代理的主要功能和结构。对此模式下基于Web的协同开发环境从多层次进行了研究 ,并对动态联盟内的信息交换方式和分布式工作流策略进行了一些探讨更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristic of die & mold product development, the concept of die and mold industry enterprise alliance was put forward, the necessity of integrating with internet was discussed, and the agile manufacturing pattern through collaborative service agent and the main structure of this agent were also presented. On basis of the mode discussed above, the multi-layer collaborative development environment and its basic structure were analyzed, and the data exchange method and distributed workflow schema were given in the end.更多还原
