铝合金轮毂压铸模设计
Design of the Die-casting Die for the Aluminum-Alloy Hub
【摘要】 分析了铝合金轮毂的结构特点 ,介绍了铝合金轮毂压铸模的结构 ,并详细说明了模具浇注系统、溢流系统、冷却系统、推出机构的设计
【Abstract】 The structure characteristics of the aluminum_alloy wheel hub were analyzed.The structure of the die_casting die for the hub was introduced.The designs of the casting system,overflow system,cooling system and ejection mechanism of the die were stated in detail.
