高温胁迫对Bt棉叶片杀虫蛋白表达量和氮代谢影响的研究
The Effects of the High Temperature Stress on the Leaf Bt Protein Content and Nitrogen Metabolism of Bt Cotton
【摘要】 通过对两个不同类型Bt棉品种(系)不同生育期高温胁迫及持续时间研究表明,高温胁迫(37℃)48h对盛蕾期和盛花期叶片Bt杀虫蛋白含量影响不大。但在结铃盛期,高温使Bt杀虫蛋白含量明显下降。48h的持续高温结果进一步表明,科棉1号36h前下降快,新洋822于36h后下降快。高温使蛋白酶和肽酶活性提高,丙酮酸转氨酶活性下降,但氨基酸含量增加,说明可溶性蛋白分解增强。
【Abstract】 The experiment of high temperature on the two different types of Bt cotton cultivars was conducted at different developing periods, the results showed that the high temperature at 37℃ for 48 hours had less effect on the leaf Bt protein content in the peak squaring period and the blooming period; however, the Bt protein content decreased significantly in the peak boll period, and that of Kemian No.1 decreased significantly after being treated within 36 hours, while that of Xinyang 822 dropped sharply after 36 hours. Further more, the key enzyme activity of the nitrogen metabolism showed that the leaf protease and peptidase activity increased, the leaf GPT activity decreased but the content of amino acid increased during high temperature treatment of 37℃ for 48 hours at peak boll period.
