用成熟实用的Lurgi煤气化技术发展IGCC的探讨
Development of IGCC Using Mature and Practical Lurgi Gasification Technology
【摘要】 IGCC是一个多子系统、技术难度较大的工程项目。虽经 30多年的试验和工业示范 ,到目前为止最长连续运行时间仅为 86天。单系列煤气化系统仍将是长周期运行的主要障碍。如采用工业上成熟的 L urgi气化炉 ,并采用多炉组操作 ,可确保安全连续向燃机供气 ,使机组年连续运行时间达 30 0天以上 ,其经济性和环保效果都是当今最佳的选择之一。
【Abstract】 IGCC is a multi subsystem and a technology difficult project.Although through the 30 years development, so far the continuous operation duration is 86 days.The main obstacle to long time performance is the single gasification system .If the pratically feasible Lurgi gasifier was used and the milti furnace was operated, the continuous supply of gas to the turbine was ensured. The operation duration can be over 300 days.The economy and environment effect is the best.
