【摘要】 根据国产原毛的现状和对国毛纤维的基本性能特征的分析 ,讨论了国毛纤维客观检验的重要性。工厂可根据对进厂羊毛客观检验的结果 ,指导毛条的加工和生产。实践和研究证明 ,在工厂对原毛或择成毛引入客观检验的方法是可行的 ,全面地了解国产细羊毛原毛的特征信息 ,对后道的混毛或配毛和毛条加工起到一定的指导作用。此外 ,购买经牧场良好准备和售前检验的国产细羊毛 ,其品质优于其它普通原毛 ,可提高工厂的加工效率、降低劳动强度和增加经济效益更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reviewed the current situation of domestic greasy wool building sonsignment and provided some basic studies on characteristics of greasy wool based on quantities objective measurement.The importance of objective measurement on greasy wool has been discussed.Mill can utilize all the information of objectively measured greasy wool to improve their processing efficiency and top quality.Processing practice and research work has been demonstrated that introduce objective measurement method into mill wool sorting operations enable mill better understanding with the properties of greasy wool and processing batches.In addition,processing results are also shown that using well clip prepared on farm and objectively measured wool presale enable mill the accurate prediction of matching batches,improve processing efficiency,reduce labor strength,and enhance profits.更多还原
