【摘要】 介绍了一种新型的梳棉机棉层横向厚度不匀检测装置 ,从装置的组成、检测方式和动态特性等几个方面叙述了检测装置的性能和特点。在A186型梳棉机上进行了生产试验 ,试验结果表明 :安装检测装置后生条 1m、5m、10m片段条干CV分别降低了 4 7 7%、11 4 %和 4 4 %。对利用新设计的棉层横向不匀检测机构改造国内梳棉机的可行性进行了初步探讨更多还原

【Abstract】 The new type set used in detecting cotton layer crosswise thickness unevenness is introduced, and the property and feature of detection set is recounted from the composition, detection method and dynamic property. The production test result in A186 carding machine is that sliver weight unevenness of 1 m, 5 m,10 m stage decrease separately 47.7%,11.4%,4.4%.The feasibility of innovating domestic carding machine with new type detection set is discussed preliminary.更多还原
