【摘要】 针对胶圈表面处理造成纺纱性能发生变化的问题 ,研制开发了表面不处理胶圈。分析了胶圈缠绕纤维的原因 ,指出通过优选胶料和配合剂进行解决的方法 ;对比分析了不处理胶圈与处理胶圈胶料的性能、胶圈内外层摩擦因数和扯断强力。通过纺纱试验表明 ,不处理胶圈滑溜率相对于处理胶圈减小 ,纺纱质量提高更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the variation questions of spinning property of sureface treatment apron,sureface non treatment apron is researched and developed.Analyzing cause of apron wrapping fibre,solved method is pointed out by means of optimum rubber material and matching agent.The property of non treatment apron and treatment rubber material,frictional coefficient and tear strength of inner layer apron and outer layer apron are compared and analyzed.Spinning test proved that slippage rate of non treatment apron was smaller than that of treatment apron,and could improve spinning quality.更多还原
