【Abstract】 According to defects and quality problem of core spun elastic yarn and its fabrics in ring spinning and air jet spinning, cause is analyzed. Eight aspects is discussed emphasisly, such as spinning mechanism of core spun elastic yarn, piecing problem of core spun elastic yarn, steaming problem of core spun elastic yarn, elastic performance problem of core spun elastic yarn and its fabrics, width control of elastic fabric, lapel problem of elastic fabric, process parameter adjustment weaving elastic fabric in air jet loom and state maintenance equipment.
