【Abstract】 Function and design requirement of Fixed flat is introduced. According to force analysis of fibre in zigzag, fibre in zigzag face does not transfer to zigzag butt and causing occlusion when cotangent value of work angle is bigger than friction coefficient of zigzag, and design basis of zigzag density is found out according to carding force formula, fragmentation and extraction of trash in carding action of cylinder flat are analyzed also.更多还原
