淀粉氨基甲酸酯的粘着性能研究
Research on Adhesivity of Starch Carbamate
【摘要】 采用轻浆粗纱法 ,并以轻浆粗纱条的最大强力、断裂伸长和断裂功为量化指标 ,定量研究了淀粉氨基甲酸酯的变性程度即取代度对淀粉与棉及涤棉混纺粗纱粘着性能的影响 ,并探讨了淀粉氨基甲酸酯与PVA混合浆液的混合比与混合浆液粘着性能的相互关系。试验结果表明 ,氨基甲酸酯化变性能够改善淀粉与棉及涤棉混纺纱的粘着性能 ,随着变性程度的增大 ,淀粉氨基甲酸酯对棉的粘着性能明显提高 ,然而当取代度DS超过 0 0 5 2时 ,与涤棉混纺纱的粘着性能却有所下降。当淀粉氨基甲酸酯与PVA的混合比为 5 0∶5 0时 ,混合浆液与棉及涤棉混纺纱的粘着性能同时达到最大值
【Abstract】 With roving light sizing method, the maximum strength, breaking work and breaking elongation of light sizing roving used as the quantitative indexes, and the influences of Starch carbamate on modification on the adhesivities of starch to cotton and cotton & polyester blended roving are studied quantitatively, and the relationship between mixing ratio and adhesivity of starch carbamate and PVA mixed size is also discussed. The experiments testified that the starch carbamate can improve the adhesivity of starch to cotton and cotton & polyester blended yarn, the adhesivity of starch carbamate to cotton will also increase remarkably to increase the modification degree, but when the degree of substitution exceed 0.052, the adhesivity of starch carbamate to cotton will decrease in some degree. When the mixing ratio of starch carbamate and PVA is 50:50, the adhesivity of mixing size to cotton and cotton & polyester will simultaneously reach the maximum value.
