【摘要】 分析了国内外转杯纺纱机自动接头技术的现状 ,指出我国应开发适合我国国情的半自动接头装置。通过分析转杯纺接头过程 ,指出了半自动接头的关键技术 ,并从理论和实验两方面对接头强力、接头质量、接头成功率及相互之间关系进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,合适的接头工艺参数可以得到质量较好的接头更多还原

【Abstract】 The present situation of automatic piecing technology on rotor spinner home and abroad is analyzed, and the semiautomatic piecing device to conform to the China national condition should be developed. Through the piecing analysis of rotor spinning, the key semiautomatic piecing technology is pointed out. The piecing strength, piecing quality, piecing success ratio and their correlations are studied in theory and by experiment. The results show shat the excellent piecing quality can be got by the proper piecing process parameters.更多还原
