【Abstract】 According to the status and developing trend of international rotor spinning equipments and rotor spinning yarn products, and combined with the actual condition of rotor spinner in our country, the RFRS10 rotor spinner with semiautomatic piecing device is developed, this spinning frame can produce middle and fine count yarn, and so the application domains of rotor spinning will be extended. The design principle and main property indexes are introduced, the special properties of spinning parts, draw-off and winding system, semiautomatic piecing device and automatic control system are discussed, and the spinning performance is also introduced.更多还原
