烧结法脱硅新工艺的探索
Study on New Desilication Process
【摘要】 选择拜耳法末次赤泥、溶出赤泥及活化赤泥作为脱硅晶种 ,研究了常压下粗液成分、晶种类型及晶种添加量对脱硅过程的影响规律。试验表明 :活化赤泥的脱硅效果优于拜耳法末次赤泥及溶出赤泥 ,且脱硅溶液硅量指数可达到指标要求。
【Abstract】 The effect of pregnant liquor composition, seed type and seed addition on desilication process under normal pressure is studied, the seed includes the last red mud ,digestion red mud and activated red mud. The results show that among the three kinds of seeds, the activated red mud has the best desilication effect and the silicon index of desilication solution can meet the requirement.
