铜精矿的催化氧化酸浸
Catalyzing and Oxidizing Leaching on Copper Concentrate
【摘要】 采用氧气催化氧化酸浸硫化铜精矿 ,加入 0 2mol/L催化剂和 2mol/L氯化钠 ,3mol/LH2 SO4,液固比 (L/S) 5∶1,85℃ ,浸出 6h ,浸出率达 98%以上。
【Abstract】 The copper concentrate is leached by catalyzing and oxidizing process, and the leaching rate is more than 98% on the following optimum conditions: 0.2 mol/L catalyst, 2 mol/L NaCl, 3mol/L H 2SO 4, L∶S=5∶1, 85℃, 6h.
