提高30万吨合成氨用离心式合成气压缩机供油系统运行可靠性的技术措施
Technical measures for improving the operation reliability of oil supply system of synthesis gas centrifugal compressor in 300,000 MTPA ammonia plant
【摘要】 针对年产 30万吨合成氨装置用离心式合成气压缩机供油系统 ,分析了供油系统主密封油泵失效的原因 ,提出了改进措施 ,从而提高了整个系统运行的可靠性
【Abstract】 The article describes the oil supply system of synthesis gas centrifugal compressor in 300,000 MTPA ammonia plant,analyses the reasons for the failure of main sealing oil pump in the oil supply system and finally proposes some improvement measures to improve the operation reliability of the whole system.
