【摘要】 目的 :探讨激素替代与百忧解治疗更年抑郁症的疗效。方法 :对更年期妇女患有严重的抑郁症患者分三组 ,第一组以单纯激素替代治疗 ;第二组以单纯百忧解治疗 ;第三组以激素替代加百忧解联合治疗。观察各组疗效并加以分析。结果 :第三组与第一组疗效无显著性差异 ,明显优于第二组。结论 :激素替代是治疗更年期抑郁症的最有效的方法 ,抗抑郁药做为辅助用药提高疗效 ,但是医疗费用和副作用明显增加。。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the curative effect of hormone replacement therapy(HRT) and prozac therapy for climacteric depression syndrome. Methods: Categorize menopausal woman with severe climacteric depression syndrome into three group, treatment Group 1 purely with hormone replacement therapy, treatment Group 2 simply with prozac; treatment Group 3 with prozac and hormone replacement therapy in combination, then study and analyze the effect of each group. Results: there is no significant difference between Group 1 and Group 3, but their effect is remarkably better than Group 2. Conclusion : Hormone replacement therapy is the most effective method for climacteric depression syndrome , anti-depression drug can be used as auxillary treatment to enhance effectiveness, but it raised cost and side-effect .更多还原
