润滑对球轴承振动特性的影响
Effect of Lubrication on the Vibration Characteristics of Ball Bearings
【摘要】 采用专门设计制作的试验轴承和微机数字式振动测量分析系统,研究了润滑对中心轴向载荷作用下深沟球轴承振动和噪声的幅值及频率特性的影响.结果表明:充分润滑能够有效地降低轴承的振动和噪声水平;润滑不充分或润滑剂不清洁可使振动和噪声加剧,诱发接触谐振和啸声,并使接触表面产生轻微损伤;无润滑时轴承振动急剧增高,并造成磨损失效;同时,润滑油膜的"刚化效应"使轴承弹性接触振动的固有频率提高.
【Abstract】 The effect of lubrication on the vibration characteristics of deep groove ball bearings under central axial load is experimentally studied with specially designed bearings and digital measuring system. It has been found that the vibration and noise level of the ball bearing is significantly decreased under sufficiently lubrication, while it is increased under insufficient lubrication or the lubrication of contaminated lubricant. In the later cases, the contact resonance with roaring may be excited and the contacting surfaces may be slightly scratched. The vibration and noise level of the bearings will be raised greatly under unlubricated condition and the bearing will fail in a significantly shortened operation duration in this case. Moreover, the nature frequency of the contact vibration is slightly increased owing to the stiffening effect of the oil film formed on the sliding surface of the ball bearings.
